Atmosphere
I will have the place freshly cleaned before your arrival including (of course) freshly made bed without heavy scents, a clean shower ready with a freshly hung towel and the bathroom will be fully stocked with all your hygiene needs from mens body wash to extra tooth brushes, mouthwashes, new men's deodorants to lint rollers. If you aren't at ease yet how about a artisan water bottle, glass of d'asti moscato, or a cold beer, you must be able to drive home though.
